Very bad quality. I bought single chaise lounge sofa less a year. It got broken. Not durable at all. The foam bends down when someone sits for long time and wood is broken now. I asked them about warranty. They are asking to pay 350 aed as delivery charges to pick for repair. So ridiculous. Better you select other brand as you will pay same and get better services and material.

You cannot be more right. Dealing with this company has been a complete disaster. Mr. Shahid was epitome of professionalism till such time we paid up the full amount and we paid AED 21k upfront! Delivery was promised within 10 days and now its over 1 month. Deliveries are coming in bits and pieces and most of the deliveries are defective and not as per specifications. The Best is that they have an explanation for the defect everytime. I am being very polite in describing the defects.
Mr. Shahid and Mr. Awais has been promising to come to my place to sort our every issue once and for all for the last one week but sometimes they have conveyance problem, sometimes busy in meeting, most of the time not taking or returning call. They are really frustrating us no end!!!
I have asked them to return our money and take back the defective furniture as this daily stress of dealing with Mr. Shahid and Mr. Awais and their unprofessional nature and lack of intention to resolve the problems.
Just a coincidence that I happen to know one other victim of this company. We are registering a compaint against this company with Department of Economy. Those of you who would like to join me to complain to Department of Economy, please DM me.… – show

A company with huge potential which can be optimised; the products quality/price are fair compare to the market. Personnel are kind to ensure clients satisfaction; special thanks to Mr Awais for his great contribution and advise for our furniture purchase. Super happy with our order! Awais followed up from order to delivery with great customer service and great quality on the products. We ordered one king and one queen bed (Domus Juliana and 5 Star Mist Upholstered Bed). Looking at placing another order for our next bedroom!

Ordered a bookcase, the finished quality was terrible and very badly painted. They were supposed to come and rectify it still not heard anything and no updates. Only way this is five star is if it is out of 50.
Edit — the company collected the bookcase to fix the problem — the solution was to paint the side in a plain colour, see new pics. How on Earth is this acceptable

I had the pleasure of finding this furniture manufacturers. They are direct builders so prices are very responsible and no middle man. They have a giant design cache. I picked a design, had it made to a giant and rare custom size with several modifications that I wanted. They have several upholstery to pick from and colors. All done through whatsapp and call if your busy in the office. They share a payment link.
Had padded sides, tight grill bed base with board top, 9cm foam backboard instead of 4, sides of the background rolled inward, low low bed feet, padded bed corners (yes i have kids at home). All that with an extra charge less then what it would cost to get a burger from a good restaurant. Dealt with Mr. Awais. Truly cares, advises solutions throughout the customizing journey.
Bed arrived in 6 days, free delivery in Shabiya Musaffah with free assembly.… – show

Do not ever buy a sofa from this company! They have been back and forth with my sofa for 5 months. It’s not good quality on the fabric, the foam inside is the worst ever and will not even last for 6 months. The legs are misplaced and I don’t even want to mention the stitching on the sofa.. it’s damages everywhere and it’s just the worst service ever. The manager and another person called Sid** are super rude and not helpful at all.
Save yourself time, money and energy and don’t buy anything from here!… – show

They do not deserve one star! WORST COMPANY!!!!!! I purchased 2 drawer units, when they came they were of the poorest quality and not as specified. i rejected them and gave them the opportunity to fix them. over 10 days later they brought them back, one was no different the other was “Ok” i accepted one of them, however I wished I could have returned both as they are not the best quality at all. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AS PER COMPANY POLICY. Why is that? Read below, this will explain.
The second time the drawers were refused and I asked for refund, no refund offered, they begged for another opportunity to rectify, so i gave them another opportunity.......another 8 days later they returned the item and it was damaged (I have videos, photos, and whats apps as proof of all this). They then said they would refund after failing to produce 3 times.
It took over 2 months, thousands of phone calls, mails, whats apps by me and still no refund, just brush off, after brush off, after brush off. Lots of yes sir, yes sir, but nothing.
I had to raise a complaint with the department of economy.......Still no refund, only when the complaint was followed up by the DOE to me because FSH had not replied in 7 days, did they refund MAJOR STRESS!!!!!! If you want low quality, high priced furniture with a no returns policy and the poorest customer service ever!!!! These are your people...... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing I have written above is embellished or false in any way, I can prove this!)
PS. Was just telephoned today by “Sidra” (Customer Service) and told to remove this review, because I recieved my refund. Threatening me with “Official Action” if I do not remove......Another great example of their customer service.… – show

Hi Jason Sloan, You was ordered 2 chest of drawers when you receive delivery you want to keep one and other one you want to return thats why you was making lame excuses.And for that we was make refund on 03.11.2022 with out any deduction. You was want to return because you have no space in your home to put other one for that you kept laying there was no technical issue. And here you are also spread a wrong story. I’ve ordered a sofa with custom cushions, the cushions arrived in different colour after an explanation as per their catalog, cushions returned on arrival and return accepted by their representatives, however after 1 month I’ve contacted them and asked when my cushions will be delivered. On my question they have replied the cushions were delivered and they were not, the sofa is very poor quality and after only 2 months and first time placing my elbow on the back support the material brokes down internally for only small force. Picture attached. The quality is generally poor and not feel the same from the sample I’ve say in their showroom. Stay away from those guys, my suggestion is to pay more but have a quality sofa on which you can properly relax.… – show

Very bad service, they do not even deserve even a single star. The minute you pay them they will not bother to update you regarding your order, they do not deliver on time and keeps on pushing to move later. No update even how many calls and whatsapp!
Better to find another furniture store, they don’t deserve your money at all.

Seriously surprised, when my wife made a full customized bed frame for our daughter, I expected a moderate quality job, because we just provided photos from one of the famous big shops, but!!!!!! When they brought the baby bed here what I have noticed:
1- excellent finishing 2- excellent engineering layout and design, where everything was taken into detailed construction and consideration 3- the paint was absolutely perfect
I'll be honest my expectations were way way way lower from what I have received and for its price it's definitely worth it mashallah.
I'll definitely make another orders with this company. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
