    I just want to share my expirienced to this vape shop so atleast everyone are aware i buy a vape to this shop last thursday and for sure i have 1 week warranty on the vape that i bought. and suddenly this vape was not charging it well after 3 days so i decided to contact them if they can change the same vape that i buy. i was shock to the guy that i talk tru phone call that i need to wait to the supplier to agree if they will change it bcoz its not charging well. i dont understand why this seller giving the pressure to the customer which is they can easy to accpt and change this one because its still under warranty and its not my problem between there supplier and seller if there is issue on the vape. they should priorities the customer because am the one who buy a vape and it was factory issue.. sad to say it was very poor service and lack of attention to the customer needs waste of money until now no one can give me the number of the manager atleast i can share my expirienced..
