    Too expensive charge more that the watch is worth got it a lot cheaper elsewhere like 70% cheaper

    I have an Issey Miyake fully automatic watch that stopped working for a year now and the service center has stopped servicing this watch brand. Luckily, I stumbled upon Samstar in the internet. I checked their reviews and it's all positive hence I have put my trust in them to repair my first-loved watch. And I am not disappointed with their service!

    If there’s ever a need to fix your watches, luxury or not, this is the place to go! The customer service and craftsmanship is great! I had my the glass of my Rolex date-just fixed as it was broken. The finishing and quality of the glass replacement was so good! The watch was returned good as new. Also the pricing of the services is great for the quality delivered! Trust me, if you ever want a watch fixed they’re the people to go to.

    They did an exceptional job with my Emporio Armani watch repair. I was looking for a reliable place and found SAMSTAR. In the process of pre-repair to post-repair, they were so corporative and transparent with the steps. They also delivered than the expected delivery time. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

    My Citizen Eco-Drive was in need of a new glass and my Cosmograph Daytona’s hour hand was misaligned. The work was completed within a few days. Professional and really good. Very kind and polite owner. He knows the business very well. I would definitely recommend him. I will visit him several times in the future for servicing my watches. Review from an enthousiast watch collector.
