I brought Kitchen Aid Pasta roller, after just 3 times used the cutter (plastic) brush turn upside-down. It mean a fabrication defect. I bring back to Tavola Uhm Suqueim and reported the problem, until here no problem. One technician from Al Ghandi call and saying that he can only repair the cutter, no replacement! company policy! it's my right if I buy a new machine and it break after 3 times use to get replacement, specially becouse if production defect! they reply, no only repair..... after a week I went to collect the (repaired) cutter and by surprice, nothing it's been done! return as I give! I'm soo frustated by the bad service of Al Ghandi service and Tavola, totally disaster!

What's not to like about Tavola. I have been shopping there for years…when the budget allows of course. Tavola stocks fine dining kitchenware. This is not supermarket equipment. And the price-tags are not supermarket either. But quality does not come cheap.

Hi sir, Thursday evening like 5.30 to 6 pm im inside of shop one staff he was busy with friend he decuss something our he not interested with customer. only busy our business in Meisem city centre his name jhon
