    The store assistant/sales rep Michael is very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of the products and its features.

    This is a long delayed appreciation post. I had ordered PSR EW425 keyboard from Yamaha showroom from Wafi and it was a surprise Christmas gift to my husband. The store assistant Michael was of great assistance in helping me pick the right one (since my husband is musically inclined & very particular). From selection to placing the order to being delivered on the specific date all the coordination was perfectly done by Michael. Seeing the keyboard my husband was thrilled since he was looking out for the similar features in the keyboard. Thank you Michael for all the assistance

    bad experience for me…
    they confirmed discounted rate by phone for yamaha music keyboard, when i reached to shop, they didn't accept the confirmed rate....

    Well, the staff doesn’t have much knowledge of the equipment and top of that very lazy

    Went to change the string of my daughter guitar and they asked us to come next day because they were closing the shop well before actual closing time

    Uncooperative staff!!!

    I’m not sure how people have managed to buy guitars here before. The lady at reception did not greet us, and the sales man just told us every guitar we asked about was not available. Including ones in the window in their previous location within the mall....
    We went in to purchase a guitar and left confused.

    First they have change there location in wafi mall,secondly the number given online is not working as nobody take phone becaude its in old shop
    But as I reached the new shop the person
    sitti ng there was very cordial and helped me choosi g the right key board and gave good discount
    Overall very good experience

    Good selection of guitars and musical instruments. Fender, Yamaha, Gretsch etc.
    Salesman was friendly yet not pushy. Can browse without pressure of buying. But then you just might;)
