    Disadvantages
    VIVA said they are cheaper but some of the items are very expensive even vegetables and there was no price written on it. Once you buy it than you will find you had paid more already and you don't want to go back again for change or return. Must have price tag on each item?

    People who work in Viva Supermarket — Dubai Marina, KG Tower are not qualified and unprofessional in their work and are not polite either. they are always bord,
    They are always rough, rude, they don't know how to treat customers. Today someone working at the cashier, he through the bill to me, and the bill was not that one I needed… No chance to talk to them, because from their bad attitude, I can't guess how they would respond!!!
    They take other items from the next customer before I pay, so they seem to be hiding something, not acting nicely. I want to guess how they count the items…

    I experienced bad service today with Ahmed the cashier guy in satwa. Please look into it. the service of that guy was totally rude, he dont have customer service skills. Teach him how to be polite w/the customer. Next time i dont want to see that guy. Even my friends doesnt want to see him, we are regular customer. I know not only me experience this but all the customer.

    اسعاره معقوله ولكن يعيبه انه لايوجد محاسبين علي الكاشير سوي شخص واحد ولايوجد شخص يساعد بوضع المشتريات في الاكياس مما يسبب ازدحام لدي الكاشير او المحاسب
