    Advantages
    I am getting my groceries and almost all what I need from West Zone for years here in the Dubai. My best branch is the one in discovery gardens.
    Disadvantages
    The worst branch is the one in Tecom because of unprofessional and rude girl at the counter. I had the worst experience ever today with that lady who does know how to communicate with customers. 2 ladies of her Kabayan have caused disturbance and inconvenience in the store. I will not leave this incident to go without warning. That branch is totally not recommended. … – show

    Doesn't deserve the star even.
    The worst supermarket, always dirty, smells very bad.
    Whenever we go we are disgusted.
    Good there is more supermarkets around.

    Rude member of staff, didn't even make eye contact when I asked him for help, and he continued to play on his phone. He didn't even wear a mask!

    The staff are friendly and the store has a mix of frozen and grocery items. The fruit and veg is very small compared to the other shops.

    Poor delivery service. It took forever for you to receive the delivery. And most of the times they are giving over ripe fruits/vegetable and incomplete items. They’re not even calling you for any substitute items and you will get surprise because the original price that you choose online is higher because they replace some items (brand) that you order. Meat and fish section is not 24/7 unlike other westzone Branch.

    Worst online delivery ever. My order accepted 1:37pm today, until now 3:11 is not yet deliver i called them and they said to me 2 items not available seriously they wait for the customer to follow up and tell me 2 items is not available. This branch is the worst

    I love WestZone. However, the Tecom branch is not your usual West Zone. It is small and nothing special in it. I come here simply because it is close to where I live.

    Since this is small, there are times when they become too crowded and staff don’t care. Considering there is pandemic, they are not strict with the social distancing implementation.

    I hope they can improve on their product arrangements and give enough space to buyers.

    This supermarket is in al shafar tower 1 building and door delivery available.more offers change from week to week.
