    The Malabar store at al barsha has a wide range of collection to suite every occasion and taste. We were attended by Jitin who was very patient and calm but knowledgeable at the same time. He kept us entertained throughout, showed us really unique pieces which we loved and offered a good discount at the end. I would say even if we ended up with an empty pocket, the purchase and experience was worth it.

    Wonderfull experience at this store specially the guy Mr Surendar he is the best sales person I have come across he helped us like we were his family and Malabar policy are far better than Damas policy we had a product of damas we went there to cash it and they denied to give the cash because that is against their policy and the staff was too rude and in Malabar helped me out I am very great full to Malabar gold ll

    First visit to Malabar Gold and had a great experience. Mr. Joshy helped me to navigate through the offering and gave quality adivce to make the decisions. Will give Malabar another shot in future just because of the personalised experice provided him.

    I had a really bad experience On 30th November 2022. When i went to your store At Albarsha in LULU MALL. After spending too much time in the store, finally i found a jewelry, which i was really looking for. After getting the price/weight of the MANGAL SUTRA I decided to buy it. Me & sales officer agreed on certain amount. Apparently While billing suddenly price increase!!!!!!
    From 2275 to 3170 for 13.98grm gold!!!!!
    Which is completely unacceptable, i felt like i was CHEATED. People are coming     … – show

    Recently returned a 40gm gold bangle as it started getting spots. It was kept in storage and was barely a month old. This incident just broke my trust in them. Never going back to these sweet talking weird characters.
