    Worst customer service, Sales staff NAGIMA is absolutely rude & disrespectful, needs to learn how to treat clients, especially those loyal to the Valentino brand, will never go to this store again

    Very rude Manager and staff in the women's section. I have always been a loyal customer to the brand and bought many items from the dubai mall store but today was the worst experience. This is not the Valentino experience. Will not be coming back.
