Thank you for your rating, we believe that when you approached us you were clearly explained the issues that are related to your carpet.
You carpet as explained a viscose Carpet, this type of carpets can't take any sort of a spillage on them.
You approached us with the issue of Matta green tea stain that you have tried to clean using the wrong chemicals and practice which had made the carpet stain even worst. When you saw it did not work you chose to approach us to solve the issue , our technicians have clearly explained to you that for this type of fabric and stain it's is a 50/50 chance for recovery, and you have accepted and asked to try our best and that's exactly what we did.
The cleaning was successful to a good extent and results were satisfactory and again you were communicated to the results prior to delivery, further more you were offered a courtesy discount on the bill.
Please keep in mind that your carpet viscose which is a synthetic fiber that mimics silk, but at the base its paper cellulose based material and it is a common sense to know that any paper cellulose based carpets is very much prone to any liquids.

You were clearly explained the issue regarding carpet delivery on National Holliday which is a very important date for this country and we absolutely have no intention to override rules.

From the date of your review we can see it's been written during the long weekend holiday, that is the UAE national, a very special event for the entire country.
It has been announced by the county's authorities that the long holiday will be taking place over 4 days which had implemented on both public and private business sector.
Our staff had the courtesy to reply to the inquiry of your wife at 10pm out of our working hours, to Inform her and explain a clear situation well Understood by all the people in Dubai. Our staff have tried to make her understand that working on those official holidays is illegal unless special permits are obtained. Your wife wouldn't take a No for an answer, she wanted us to deliver the carpet no matter what.
Kindly note that working in those days would have got us in a great deal of trouble ranging from a big fine to a ban on our license, which is something we wouldn't allow to happen.
