    Advantages
    Fantastic service. Beautiful restoration and reasonable prices. We were delighted! Bags, shoes and belts all look brand new!

    I fixed my heels and handbags and I got them back as brand new again. They did an amazing job on them. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

    Brought here Hermes sneakers shoes (roughly 3.800 AED). They were perfectly white, after their cleaning they turned yellow, they tried to fix it but didn’t work.

    My shoes now seem ruined forever and when i tried to get in touch with them, they simply disappeared without even offering the refund for the cleaning service, let alone paying me the damage for the irreversibly ruined shoes.

    UPDATE: Clearly they will deny everything I just said.

We sent to you photos of your sneakers before and after we did the job, and it was clearly visible that there is no damage done and your pair of shoes was delivered to you in a better condition.     I don’t normally give 5 stars to a service but Fabram deserves it for their exceptional service! I contacted them through Whats App regarding my bag repair. They responded to me in no time & sent me their courier to pick up the bag. The work done was excellent and reflects professional workmanship, Well done!! I will definitely be your customer for the future!

    I had a scratch on my beige Chanel sling backs. I told the guy please don’t paint the whole shoe as I know companies never get it the same as the original look. If it can’t be sorted without having to do that, let me know. This is written on my invoice notes before they deny it with a comment. They went ahead and painted my whole shoe and the finish is NOT the same tone/colour of the original Chanel’s. I noticed this as soon as I picked up at the counter and the guy dismissed my concern.       In response to your comment about the colour on your Chanel slingbacks, the scratch was very deep and the leather was completely torn. The only solution was to restore this part to save your shoes which we did without restoring the full shoes as per your request and as mentioned on your invoice.     Great service! I'm very happy with how my Chanel espadrilles turned out after being treated by Camille from Fabram. My shoes were too tight for me so she transformed them into flip flops. Finally I can wear them now:-)
    Emanuel at the Fabram was very friendly and professional when I came to collect my shoes. Highly recommended
