    Disadvantages
    I gave my jacket 1 month ago for cleaning, he brought it back damaged I gave it back for repair and then they gave it back after 1 month without even it being repaired. Please do not contact them they are a awful laundry place.

    Super bad experienced! I had my shoes sent for cleaning and they said it will take them 5 to 6 days. but, on the 6th day they don’t deliver it i called them the guy just making excuses ‘till the 9th day that i got really mad and finally they delivered it on the 10th day. That’s already unacceptable. And the worse thing is it was not even completely cleaned. Just the outside the inside still dirty!

    I Only used them a few times and they ruined two of my clothes. They Said they will fix them but never did. Never even returned the clothes or offered refund.

    For two months Ive been calling them daily to get my damaged clothes back and refund and everyday they say the manager will Call me tomorrow but he never does.
    Horrible service! Horrible customer service!

    Top notch customer service. Pick up was on short notice and true to their word they delivered on time even with the bad weather and roads closed.
    I am definitely patronising them again.

    Had my clothes picked up, clean and delivered back to our hotel. Quality of cleaner clothes was excellent. Was packed neatly in plastic sheets as good as new. Thanks Nicole L

    Worst laundry service ever, ruined my shirts, blaming sweat! After adding some Chemicals now there’s no way to clean it, also bad costumer care, and those reviews are fake! Done deal with them ever!

      sorry for the inconvenience cause to u but we already try our best to remove the stain
      as we have tried for more than 3 times with the chemical required to treat it as the stain for sweat was very very strong so, cant be remove without harming the cloth.so if u allow us to take a risk we can try once again. sir we have share the image and its clear shows that the shirt having the sweat from both the underarms.
