In mid-February, I joined to use this car lift. They give me a card as a membership card or/and a receipt for my payment for that month maybe, and they take a picture. By accident, I lost my card. In March, I pay for my membership without my February membership card and told their driver that I lost my 1st card. He accepted my payment so I thought everything was okay, thinking maybe because they had a picture copy of it. Days passed I used their car lift on a regular basis. And every time I saw this driver I asked for my membership card for March and he asked me back for my membership card for February. Although he knows my answer. Until this day came, they missed picking us up at our pick-up location. So, my co-user of this car lift called the driver to pick us up because they are late for more than 15 minutes. And this driver came very angry and told us that he was there to pick us up but we weren't there so he left. We insisted that 5 to 8 minutes before the pickup time we were already at the pickup location waiting for them. So he got busted because he was obviously lying. Then he saw me and rudely asks me for my old card even though he knows I lost it. And just because of that he stopped the car in the middle of the road and forcefully, rudely asked me to get off the car, I asked him 3 times if he was sure about that because I am expecting he didn't mean it but many times he shouted Yes at me. He knew that it was difficult to get a bus or a taxi in that area and the fact that it was Ramadan so people (drivers) chose to stay at home. I was shocked by his actions and I couldn't speak, I couldn't even defend myself. My first time being treated like that. I never imagined how unmannered he is treating me that way. Just because of that piece of paper where he has a photocopy of it, is it enough reason to treat me that way? The fact that he has my payment. He humiliated me in front of everyone in the car and left me in the middle of the empty road. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I know my mistake to lose my card, but it is a single mistake, I don't know how important it is. I am just a new member and I feel sorry for losing it. But he acts too much! What is the point of fasting and praying all the time if you have this kind of attitude? Role play? It is better not to empty your stomach if it is caused by an empty heart and mind. I hope their management can do something about these actions and behavior.… – show
