    Quality is good as 5/10 rating

    Outlet mall staff not friendly. They don’t know how to treat the customers and dont know how to talk with the customers. Specially the manager of Outlet mall is totally unprofessional and do not have manners.

    In addition, i have purchased 5 suites from Ricci but unfortunately two got damaged which not reflected the good quality.

    Malaz helped us so much at Ricci it was a very professional service. And the suits are excellent quality. Visit them at Dubai Outlet Mall. You will not regret it. Tailoring is perfect.

    I had the worst experience ever with this shop.. they don't know how to treat or to deal with customer. Although I raise my complain to the owner how even didn't respect his word as he told me that he will call me back but he didn't.

    The quality of the suites is not good not bad.

    But, as of me I will not go any more to this shop.
    And, I prefer and advise people to go buy from pierre cardian.

      As we get the feedback from the shop manger and even the area manger, you are asking to change the items after used and you are saying it’s not used, but sorry it’s showing it’s used and even with perfium,

      So how we can accept to change it for you????!!!

      And when shop manger did not accept to change for you, you start to complain and we told you your welcome to our shop to talk but you ignored,

    Bought few items 2 weeks ago, and started to wear them today. Little to my surprise, early morning during my rush hour i realize the classic black trouser has zipper defect. it doesnt lock up due to defect stitching on top of the zipper, hence every time you sit down, your down is wide open, and still doesnt close properly when zipped. I always launder new clothes prior to wearing, now i wonder without receipts and labels, am i able to visit the shop and demand replacement? or at least ask them … – show
