“Terrible” is an understatement. I was visiting Dubai from India and gave 5—6 dresses for stitching. The owner postponed the delivery at least 7 times and finally gave me the dresses few hours before my flight. Not only I missed my flight but when I tried the dresses after reaching India, nothing was fitting. The stitching also if of very poor quality. They have refused to assume any responsibility. Getting dresses stitched from Rinco has been one of my worst decisions.

Strongly recommended. Does good customization work and neat & good quality printing on clothes or any other stuff. Skills @ A1. Superb job done by them. I am now regular.

The best place to get fabric and tailoring done. Got it done for my family and all were happy. They also helped us to dye my denims.

I got all my stuff done in such a short time. Master was very patient and did a fab job on my sarees and Saree blouse. Love going to Rinco Nitin always is welcoming and keeps his promise I have been going to Nitin for over 14 years Never been disappointed

What an utter disappointment Rinco has turned into. This is a shop that I have been going to for years! Customers service and delivery times is so bad to the point that I have gone to the shop 4 times to collect my outfit and it’s still was still not ready. The tailor will right something down and make something completely different. And the worst part is there is no ownership of mistakes and false promises given by the owner.

We also made you a brand new top(free) and got it delivered to your place just because you did not like the length for which we were not responsible as it was made as per your instructions. Rinco is my go-to anytime I ever need a beautiful Indian outfit. Nitin and his team are incredibly talented, and outstandingly professional. He makes the entire process stress free, and I always have a beautiful outfit to show for it. They just helped me and my wedding party pull together parts of my wedding outfits and bridesmaids’ lehengas, and even did home visits to ensure our fittings were to our convenience. Some of the reviews I read is very true. Me and my many friends have experienced the same. Very bad service. They ruin your clothes. No timely delivery. Mr.Nithin has no decency at all. I don't recommend....

Absolute irresponsible, upaplogetic attidude towards their customer, bad stiching incomplete work given after multiple follows ups.Blatant lies informing customer they will deliver their stuff home when they have not even conpleted the job. Prestending as if nothing is wrong, Losing stuff and not caring enough, Have taken my refund and never going back ever to RINCO. Mr.Nitin Bhatia have some decency towards your customers who have been coming to Rinco for year's. Its sheer unprofessional of you to conduct your business like this. .… – show

I would have given it 0 if there was an option. My sister's blouses are missing and no one is responding. We have no clue what exactly happen to her clothes!

This is one of the worst shops ever given for my blouse tailoring. I had just given 2 blouses for stitching, a week’s time was given to them stitching. On the due date, I call them up and this is what they say “Ma’am I’m really sorry, we lost our measurement book in the transit” (they had recently shifted from Bur Dubai to karama) How can someone lose their customers measurements books in the transit? I think they don’t even care if it’s lost as this is very important for them to tailor? My next question was “do u have my sarees at least” Rinco guy laughs. Correspondingly, I go and collect my sarees and blouse pieces (and another hit is one blouse piece is missing)

Hello madam, Your husband has collected the sarees and blouses from our shop,we handed over the 2 blouse pieces, lining fabric and 2 sarees to him and also confirmed with you. We agree that the book of measurements was missing but your clothes were returned back to you as they were. You are free to write a review but putting false claims is not good.

Very very disappointed with the stitching..both my blouse and my suit were ruined. Will not recommend them to anyone. Had to buy everything new. The suit was a gift and had sentimental values to it.Poor services.

My wife wanted to get blouses and tops tailored, so we went to RINCO last week and it was our first time, and I am genuinely happy about how happy my wife is with the service and work provided to her.
I would recommend RINCO to everyone and anyone who is looking for good service, variety of clothes and a hassle free experience.

They ruined several of my wife's clothes. The material and tailoring costs crossed AED 2,000. Everything had to be discarded as other tailors said there was nothing they could do.

NITIN Bhatia is such a pro at designing and his attention to customer service is way more than 5 stars. He remembers the taste, the likings and the nature of his customers. I totally recommend Rinco to all who have a high taste.. A very happy customer and thank you NITIN for a awesome work..

The most HORRIBLE experience ever. The outfit was NOT to design despite drawing, providing clear picture and explaining to the owner the design. Was a simple straight dress and apron and they still managed to mess it up. The owner was extremely arrogant and rude blaming me — totally focused on making his 50aed and not keeping a customer. Would never recommend them — ever!
