    Their cleaning staff members do an excellent job. If you don't feel comfortable with one, you may always ask for a replacement. Very quick to respond and accommodating with time as well. Aside from their price, they can accommodate the most of our needs.

    One of the few apps that sends help on the same day! Extremely satisfied and happy with their services. The housekeeping staff is extremely helpful and efficient, completing cleaning quickly and perfectly. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much for your prompt assistance.

    I called their office for a booking. The maids didn't show up, and they are not picking up calls. Poor management!

    4 ️ For their maids and 1 ️For the office staff.

    Their maids are nice, very good at cleaning and follow the instructions. Superb in time management.
    However, the office staff who takes the booking is very unprofessional. Every time getting the booking done is a nightmare. I had to do multiple follow ups, I had to chase her as if she is doing a favor. She just doesn’t bother to respond.

    We are very happy with our whole experience with smartmaids.

    I called and spoke to a lady who was very informative and professional. Went through our options and listened. Booked a babysitter very efficient.

    The babysitter arrived on-time to the dot. Punctuality is very important to me.

    Josephine was friendly, professional and was so good with the kids. (2year old and 7month twins)

    My wife and I were very impressed with her that we will definitely booking again.
