    Disadvantages
    I had a horrendous experience at Happy Paws. They conveniently failed to mention extra charges and added them to my bill without warning. When I brought up the issue, the staff lied to my face and argued with us on the cost that they did not mention to me on the phone, saying I did not hear her clearly, her audacity! Additionally, they forgot to mark the deworming on my cat's passport. To top it all off, they did not even clean my cat's ears properly — there was still dirt left inside. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone and advise caution to anyone considering visiting. … – show

    Happy Paws Veterinary Clinic is amazing. My cat was looked after by Dr. Mark. All the staffs who assist me are so friendly. Highly recommended. Good job Happy Paws Vet.

    Brought my kitten here for her first vaccine. They are very accommodating. Their prices are also affordable. Thanks to Dr. Mark for taking care of my kitten.

    Highly recommended, amazing doctors and staff. Excellent quality of service and value for money. I never mind driving all the way from Al Ain to Dubai. Would definitely keep coming for more TNR’s soon. Keep up the good work.

    The truth is, I thought she was a good veterinarian, but even knowing my dog's health problems, they gave her too many medications, which caused her poisoning. Thank God, I took her to another place on time and now she is in good health. I will not return to this place

    I have gone to several vet clinics with my rescue cats…but i would say this is the best clinic i have ever visited and i am very happy that i found them..would recommend to anyone who wish to take their rescues..very reasonable prices.

    Its always a wonderful experience when you visit a veterinary clinic who genuinely cares about the animals and makes it affordable. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and will go the extra mile to accommodate your requirements. Its also a comfort to know the owners are fellow rescuers who understand the circumstance of us having multiple fur babies and the understanding that quality, affordable vet care is hard to find in this city!     They post TRN 100 dhs for stray rescue cats when bring cat in clinic ask extra money front of other people's make embarrassed showing that u don't have money, they clear everything on phone before bringing cat to there clinic, it's government program government pay them for TRN why they want extra money? The bakla Filipino staff he make dram in clinic ask extra money if say no have extra money he didn't make neuter for cat that much arrogant very bad behaviour really very very disappointed, … – show
